do not accept returns of opened perfume boxes under any circumstances.
If your perfume box is unopened and in its original sealed packaging, you may visit our Factory Outlet to exchange it within 7 days of purchase. Please ensure:
- The box is not opened.
- The packaging is intact and well-sealed.
- You bring the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Our perfumes are formulated for long-lasting wear, typically lasting 6-8 hours depending on skin type and environmental conditions. Eau de Parfum concentrations offer even longer longevity.
